A month from today we’ll be married!

Of course everyhing we tapin today is the same time as paul. I wonder if I’ll have someone with me, whereever I am. No, as of now we’re not recording paul. Hm.

And so begins weekend number two…. MNIJM at the square and Ramajam at the station.

Recorded two bands on blues stage, took charge, and left my assistant there to wrap up when done after I got it set up and rollin cuz I had to get to lagniappe to tour manage and take care of informing sound guys of how they roll. More on that later. Back to enjoying the n.o. klezmer all stars before heading home. Yes, home.

Not recording til 2. Blues tent again. Gonna do first show, james andrews, then start radiators before heading to susan. 🙂

Dash is on stage right now. Bryan batt from mad men was here. Women are using the men’s room. Rose is actually here. And I wanna take a nap on the pew.

Recorded the first and last three acts on blues stage. stopped by acura before day started to see chrissy, new daron, reuben, and dwight. Pretty confusing crap at the recordings, but nothin we couldn’t figure out. It rained for a short bit before fest opened, but that was about it. Because I brought an extra pair of shoes and a poncho.

Did get to spend a lil time with rose, and she picked up my per diem money. 🙂 I made my food choice based on how muddy the food areas were.

Don’t remember if I mentioned, but chopper and former cm darin are on this stage, as are, today anyway, wwoz. Thankfully I’ve worked with them before and they were a huge help with the stage clusterfs.

Better go pay attention now…

Just started raining pretty hard. Supposedly the last day of this crap. More prepared today. Poncho, additional shoes. I’ll pretty much be workin the blues stage all day. But at least I have someone with me, so maybe I’ll be able to get away for a bit.
